If he doesn’t know why this current wave of immigration IS different from the prior ones he names, he ought to read Samuel Huntington. Once over lightly would tell him. What an idiot.

Bill Kristol makes the case that subsequent generations become decadent. Perhaps Bill is thinking of himself: son of Irving Kristol. He’s not alone; John Podhoretz and Jonah Goldberg come to mind. Even if you disagreed with their parents, at least they were serious intellects.
