A young Chinese lady singing the title song of an old Chinese movie, “Painted Skin”. The original song in the movie was performed by Jane Zhang, who is an amazingly talented singer. This young woman seems to me to be even better.
Not everyone likes my kind of music. But if this kind of beautiful song excellently performed replaces rap and whatever else comes out of the West these days, I for one will consider it a step forwards for the entire human race.
