It’s been ages since Star Wars, but I’ve always remembered a scene in an interplanetary bar, (You’ll know whether this scene actually was in the movie or I’m manufacturing a memory.) Anyway, Luke or Han ( no, gotta be Han, right?) bellies up to a bar, elbow to elbow with a roomful of aliens, I mean non-earthlings, with different colors of skin or fur, funny shaped probiscii, webbed or clawed extremities….like a roomful of weird plush toys made animate.
…all this by way of saying, your comment about “Star Wars names” made me realize what seems so familiar about the “furry” protesters we see on the streets now: giant frogs, dinosaurs, etc. It reminds me of the bar scene from Star Wars!
