SpaceX plans to launch 22 Starlink satellites into Generation 2 Group 7 on 2023-12-08 at 08:01 UTC with backup launch opportunities available until 10:15 UTC ([How do they do this?](https://scanalyst.fourmilab.ch/t/spacex-starlink-group-6-9-launch/3584/3)). The launch will be from Space Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The first stage booster, B1071, will be making its thirteenth flight, after a turnaround time of 27 days since its last mission.
