I don’t believe the graph. I would say I want the raw data but the data has been contaminated with false reporting. I know first hand persons who died due to issues unrelated to Covid and yet the death was reported as covid related.

The Diamond Princess data were available early in 2020 and established the steep age gradient for mortality (unsurprising) and relatively low transmissibility. The sample was large enough (N~4000} to be useful. Significantly, all of the deaths were among individuals over age 70. Contrast this with the hysterical — and I don’t mean funny — response by ‘public health’ officials.
The Great Barrington Declaration guys had the right idea: protect the vulnerable and leave everyone else alone. History has vindicated them, much as some would deny that. As the Fauci documents and other information about the private opinions of Regime operatives comes to light, it’s clear that even they understood the salient facts.
The damage to the credibility of public health officials, and the medical profession generally, is incalculable. It had already been weakened by some prior misbehavior but COVID put another big, fat nail in that coffin. That’s unfortunate since these individuals have important roles to play. The consequences of the malfeasance by Fauci and his ilk will continue to play out, resulting in harms to millions.

I false reporting was in reference to the reported cause of death, not the death itself.

I did not see any sound argument presented, only a graph without any supporting data or explanation. I was not substituting my experience for your graph. The purpose of my comment was simply to share that not all statistical data accurately represents reality, sometimes additional analysis is appropriate.

Whenever you see a link to that retarded “logical fallacy” site, it’s a sure sign the other person is either unwilling or unable to engage in the discussion meaningfully, most likely the latter. It’s a go-to site for leftists. Anyway, many of the alleged fallacies at that site are pseudo-fallacies, distinguished from the genuine article such as post hoc.
