Some of his military analysis is probably right.
His political analysis seems weak. I have not been able to come up with a simple explanation of the insanity going on in this war. His attempt at a simple explanation is effectively that the “neocons”* (Jews) are harboring ancestral resentment for the Tsarist Russians. IMHO, more likely, that, as leftists, they resent Putin’s pro Western civilization rhetoric.
*Unlike the actual neocons, the pro-war Democrats (Jewish or other) are unrepentant leftists.

I have noticed over the last several years, and not just in this interview, that the word “neocon” seems to be mutating from its original meaning of (mostly Jewish) liberals who became estranged from the Democrat party when it veered left in the opposition to the Vietnam war and embraced “anti-anti-communism”, particularly in 1972 and afterward.
Now it seems to be coming to mean anybody, regardless of political background, religion, or position on the domestic policy spectrum, who backs the “American greatness”, “essential superpower”, “freedom agenda”, or “invade the world” policy framework. Among those I’ve seen referred to as “neocons” are Newt Gingrich, Dan Crenshaw, Hillary Clinton, Condoleezza Rice, Mitt Romney, John Yoo, Lindsey Graham, and Nikki Haley—whatever you think of them, hardly exemplars of the original profile of neoconservatives.
It may just be another example of the rule that “In the U.S., any word with a political connotation eventually loses all meaning other than as a term of derision for those who disagree with the speaker’s views.”

Given that the Pale of Settlement was largely in Ukraine, and the Jews were as badly persecuted by the locals and anywhere, I don’t buy Paul’s argument on that either. P.S. this Jew thinks Putin is the only actual statesman and that Russia is certainly entitled to determine its own security interests and what constitutes a mortal threat.

I’m interested in your take on my conversation with Kevin MacDonald regarding so-called “Jewish interests” in particular with regard to the division within self-identified “Jews” over developments since Trump’s 2016 disruption of the long-established political order.
Subsequent to my interview, MacDonald became one of the very few scholars to have been banned by Musk.
PS: A bit of background on my relationship with Kevin: Since I became a pariah, sacrificing my highest level professional contacts hence my fortune, due to my “antisemitism” in the 1990s, it was natural for me to read his trilogy on Judaism which, until the third “A Culture of Critique” was regarded as sympathetic to Jews. My subsequent interactions with a lot of the “white nationalists” has made me a pariah in those circles as well because I characterized myself as a supporter of Israel, as well as a supporter of individualism. So, in a sense, I’m a man without a country due, precisely, to my individual integrity. But at least Kevin regards me as worth talking to subsequent to his most recent book on “Individualism and the Western Liberal Tradition”, which is returning to his roots as an evolutionary psychologist prior to his getting into trouble with his trilogy.

I’m only a few minutes in and you seem to be going off the rails.
You discuss the Zionist Jews and events of the “Arab Spring” in Syria.
If there was any group in the non-Arab world more against the Arab Spring (or the part where ISIS gets to take over Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Libya…) than Zionists, who would that be?
They probably sought to go with the lesser of evils in coming to terms with Russia’s involvement and hoping Russia would limit Iran.
Also, Israel has a large Russian population that is relatively pro-Putin (many of whom do not regard themselves as Jewish and may have no jewish background but they or their parents claimed to be to get a ticket out of 1990s Russia and some to the point of neo-Naziism).

When did that start? Khodorkovsky was arrested in 2003. What’s that? 6 years before the reset button? 7 years before Uranium One? 9 years before the 1980s called and and Medvedev agreed to tell Putin that Obama would resume lap dog duties post-reelection?
The American left loved Putin when they viewed him as their ally against the US. They needed someone to accuse Trump of colluding with to steal the 2016 election and they settled on Russia, likely as safer than China. Putin may well have been in on the joke.
Did the left start believing their own lies? Or did Putin earn their ire by defending traditional values?
Clearly, it appears Putin lost Beria’s keys to the Western left, but to whom? And when?

I had never heard of Kevin MacDonald before and after viewing your interview, looked him up. I guess, as you must have to incur such wrath, I will say some politically-incorrect things in cobbling together an answer; I haven’t thought this through so will answer spontaneously. As a decent answer would involve many threads from numerous issues, I can offer only my personal (and knowledge-limited) observations. I can’t begin to comment on every issue, but will say I support Israel’s right to exist as a Jewish homeland, in part because of its history (from which I descend) as the site of the former Kingdom of Israel (the only separate, independent political entity to ever exist in that land before 1948) and because Arabs have their choice of many culturally-identical homelands in the near vicinity, consisting of hundreds of millions of people - many of them very affluent. It is a less imperfect a solution as was the United States following Revolution I as regards non-European former inhabitants.
Though it is now unspeakable, I believe that in private, most people still refer to and believe some general characteristics are attributable to most all identifiable groups - racial, religious, cultural, etc. Of course, this includes characteristics attributable to Jews; some, I think are accurate to some extent, others less so. Many of these attributes - particularly the egregiously negative ones endlessly recited by real Jew-haters - are present in lots of other members of the human race. I suspect some of the most vehement hatred actually represents a kind of projection, where the practitioner secretly wishes he, himself, could get away with such behaviors. So much for my theory of psychology, perhaps with an evolutionary component.
In any case, I see in a quick perusal that Kevin MacDonald has offered some controversial (thus reflexly condemned) evolutionary theories a to Jews. My instant reaction is that some of them, at least, are plausible to some extent and I don’t find it necessary to resort to accusations of “anti-semitism” to discuss or criticize them. There have developed many intellectually-dishonest such political reflexes, the hallmark of which is ad hominem attacks. and name calling. Does anyone still listen to this anymore? These are resorted to nowadays whenever anyone says anything which may be deemed even slightly critical about any group, as is determined by the most sensitive member of that group to be “offensive”.
I suspect some of this was at work in the objections to MacDonald’s trilogy. Banned by Twitter? I do not sense hatred or even dislike of Jews in my quick superficial view of his theories. I, myself, will - by the same “hate-haters” - probably be counted a “self-hating Jew” for daring to say this. Given the plight of the Jewish people for at least two millennia, it is not much of a stretch to figure out why such people might band together in tribal allegiance, curry favor with those in power, and seek some financial power of their own - especially if that is the only avenue permitted them, as was the case in Europe for 1500 years or so.
As to the interview, nothing in it shocked or offended me. Much was, as I see it, accurate. I am as personally opposed to the hubristic activism of those Jews prominent in tyrannical, increasingly-fascist “progressive” politics as anyone. I can say I despise them all for being loud, arrogant, self-righteous and power mad.
But it is not for the sake of their Jewishness, it is for the evil they are aggressively practicing, along with plenty of nominally Christian or Muslim or whatever, fellow travelers. I despise them all equally and their evil lies in their common desire - old as mankind - to project their power over others in order to enslave them. These moderns’ only twist on ancient practitioners of the same darkness is a sociopathic and sophisticated effort to persuade the underlings that their enslavement is for their own good. At least Marx & Engles fooled them by telling the workers the proletariat had the real power. RevolutionI in the US, in effect, made the same promise. That isn’t working out quite as planned and sadly, many prominent secular Jews are over-represented in that malevolent movement. Those you don’t hear from or about, though, are the numerous, observant Jews, who lead quiet religious lives dedicated to living the Law of Moses and having little or nothing to do with politics.

To be fair to KMac, and to Putin, he did say it wasn’t Putin’s dealing with “Jewish oligarchs” so much as it was when the money turned political, particularly with the Russian media.
First hand experience:
When I visited Irkutsk in 1999 to recruit remote programmers to compete with the Indian invasion of Silicon Valley, I was struck by how hostile the men were to the Russian media’s blaring music videos of Russian women singing romantic songs to “my black man”. And, no, I wasn’t dealing with political types, nor was I there to engage in politics. These were just men going through a financial crisis after a national humiliation that were astounded that I wasn’t there to be “The Rich American Fucking Our Women” but was actually sympathetic to them. That’s why they were open with me. They respected me.
This kind of sexually humiliating behavior toward their host populations’ men is stereotypical of Jewish media influence.

Something’s got to be done to reverse this historic pattern and the Mossad is uniquely positioned to do it. Nothing is more important to the security of Israel. Indeed, post WW II, the Mossad should have been investing far more resources tracking down and neutralizing these “Jews” – especially in the US – than it did in tracking down Nazis in South America or wherever.

Precisely—what we are dealing with is a poisonous intellectual tradition which, in its modern incarnation, originated in what I call the “dark side of the Enlightenment”, typified by that most atypical of Swiss, Jean-Jacques Rousseau (whose biography, if you haven’t read it, is a cautionary tale of where his ideas can lead their believers). His philosophy, embodied in concepts such as the social contract and general will, is the foundation of modern collectivism and subordination of the individual to the collective. These ideas had their first large-scale outing in the French Revolution and Reign of Terror and, further developed by Hegel, Marx, and subsequent philosophers, tyrants, and mass murderers, has blighted the subsequent centuries and countries around the globe.
These facile ideas (all of which essentially prescribe rule of the “masses” by enlightened intellectuals along the lines of Plato’s “philosopher kings” in a static, closed, utopian society) are, unsurprisingly, attractive to intellectuals, who see themselves as the natural Guardians of society, leading those unanointed with the powers of Reason to this better world.
So, how does this have anything to do with Jews? Well, it seems pretty straightforward to me. European ( Ashkenazi) Jews have a tradition of concentration on and excellence in intellectual endeavours and have, wherever allowed to participate in those activities, disproportionately excelled in all aspects of the arts, sciences, and scholarship. Perhaps because of selection effects of heavy participation in such activity (those who succeed have larger families and, until recently, married mostly within their community), their mean IQ today is more than one standard deviation greater than that of other populations in Europe, which means the “smart fraction” of top achievers is much larger.
This means that the population of intellectuals at the summit of fields such as philosophy, economics, political science, literature, and many others has a much larger representation of Jews than their fraction of the overall population. (Since 1900, more than 20% of the 900 Nobel laureates in all categories were Jews, a group that accounts for around 0.2% of the global population.)
Consequently, when one identifies those occupying positions in academia, media, government, and other intellectual pursuits who are generating and propagating the toxic ideas of the Dark Enlightenment, you’re going to find a disproportionate number of Jews, not because their genetic makeup (except for general intelligence), culture, religion, or anything else associated with their ethnicity or heritage explains it, but simply because they are dramatically over-represented in those roles in society.
If all of the Jews who are identified as propagators of the toxic ideas were to retire and concentrate entirely on perfecting vegetable marrows or some other innocuous intellectual pursuit, the toxic ideas would continue to self-reproduce among the remaining intellectuals because, however destructive they have been proven to be when applied, they are attractive to intellectuals who are flattered by the role they believe they will play in the shining utopia they’re leading the masses toward.

And those are precisely the Jews who are left behind to take the heat as “Jews” while the virulent escape. This is the evolutionary dynamic that must be reversed. Unfortunately, as you point out, there are plenty of “fellow travelers” who are only too happy to also, as I describe it, “take the money and run” to exploit the next civilization and who are only too willing, for their own reasons, to utilize what power they have in the current regime being liquidated to turn innocent Jews into scapegoats for the lot of the fellow travelers. From my reading of Wolfram’s “History of the Goths”, during the JudeoChristian era, this probably started with the early Germanic royalty who were in a deadly embrace with mercantile Jews scattered to the frontiers of the Roman Empire with the destruction of the second temple. Like all elites, they tend to succumb to the decadence born of insular wealth and end up developing contempt for own people until such time as they realize they’re going to take the heat.
No one wants to face this because to do so requires facing “The Hard Problem” of the cycle of civilization at the root of so much human suffering. That’s part of the reason I so-value your perspective. We’re in a world of hurt and so few of us can see the structure of this evil so clearly.

This is what KMac called the “Default Hypothesis” in a 2022 paper published in the Israeli academic journal “Philosophia” before it was pressured into retracting: “RETRACTED ARTICLE: The “Default Hypothesis” Fails to Explain Jewish Influence”. You can imagine the outrage ignited by an Israeli journal publishing a paper by a “white supremacist anti-semite” and you’d be right. For those interested in its contents, some of the critiques and rebuttals, KMac updated it to focus more on immigration and put it up at his website as FAILURE OF THE “DEFAULT HYPOTHESIS” OF JEWISH INFLUENCE: THE POST-WORLD WAR II RISE OF A SUBSTANTIALLY JEWISH ELITE IN THE UNITED STATES AND ITS INFLUENCE ON IMMIGRATION POLICY.
I’m not really in a position to defend that paper or, for that matter, any of KMac’s work except his most recent book on individualism, since I’m not an academic and, quite honestly, I’m less interested in “The Jewish Question” than I am in the more general evolutionary selection for group integrity vs selection for individual integrity, which gets to the root not only of what it means to be “The Moral Animal”, but to Sexual Being.
The more-detailed structure of social dynamics, such as those leading us toward nuclear conflict with Russia in Ukraine, are urgent but not as profound and I just don’t have that many productive years left to invest in things that I see as profound. That’s why I tend to focus on things like advancing the scientific method to utilize Algorithmic Information Criterion for causal model selection to take advantage of the power of the information age to advance sociology. I just don’t have an interest in arguing with people anymore when we have an enormous banquet of scientific truth before us as we sit starving in dinner conversation that may erupt in “duels” aka war.

It would be very interesting to know the distribution of wealth among Jewish populations from, say, the end of the Roman Empire you mention up through the present. Off the top of my head, I bet there is a significant wealth gap between top & bottom. I further suspect this gap was mitigated beginning in the mid 20th century, when professions of academics, medicine, law, etc. became more open to Jews on the basis of merit - for reasons previously stated - without the former quotas. You are most correct in observing the victimization of those Jews least involved in the power game of politics - the one who live in tightly-knit closed communities which reject the immoral and corrosive tenets of modern Sodom.
I have a friend who is, to some extent, representative of this group. He is atypical only in that he is a psychiatrist, in large part because he grew up and was educated in the former USSR. Much of observant communities are centered around Torah study and many are neither motivated nor economically able to pursue other formal education outside their communities and Yeshivas.
When in public, these folks are easily identifiable as Jews by their dress (except maybe in Lancaster PA among the Amish!), especially hats and/or yarmulkes. It seems quite often these folks are assaulted only because of their identifiable status as Jews. My friend is typical of this observant community of “real Jews”, on the other hand, in that they are largely uninterested in amassing money - unlike the political activist Jews, who know how to garner all the notoriety in furtherance of political aims we all know about and despise. My friend has explained to me (I have always been secular and not very conversant with the actual tenets and practices of “real” Judaism) - to my own surprise - that the Torah teaches one should work only enough to provide for basic living - not in order to accumulate wealth! He, himself, has a small, solo practice, mostly caring for a Medicaid population. By accepting the very meagre payments Medicaid offers, I can tell you as a retired anesthesiologist, no honest physician has ever become wealthy. As well, he takes off work to observe all the Jewish holidays; this further limits his work and income, gladly! It is clear to me that this group of Jews are the antithesis of the generalities generally held about Jews. The observant ones - politically silent, because uninterested - are nearer to monks and nuns, in the conduct of their modest lives, than Shylocks!
