Have you noticed more Orientals in TV commercials?

Are these commercials really worth the ink …er… electrons/holes? My overriding impression of commercials is actually alienation - either they left me or I left them - light years apart. I’ve noted before, most are so jarring, loud, flashing as to be near seizure inducing and I often have no idea what product is being hawked.
