It is now “Unspeakable” in both meanings of the word. It has been “unspeakable” in the sense of “abominable” for some time now; we could say so, then. To be exquisitely clear, what I mean, now it is “unspeakable” also in the sense that severe penalties attach to speaking/writing of it (The Thing in DC) in unapproved ways. Now, mere characterization of your words as “mis-” or “dis-” - information and you become ipso facto “a terrorist”. Who woulda thunk it even a few short years ago? The zealous apparatchiks seem to be hosting a running a Stalin or Mao look-alike contest in the District (soon to be a state with two senators) and not just at Halloween.
