While I was watching the debate I was frustrated that JD didn’t go more on the offensive. WHY didn’t he say f’rinstance ,that that “bipartisan border bill” is just a codification of the Bygone-Hapless open borders policy and BTW Trump did not “kill” it; it just didn’t get the votes? I’m sicka hearing the Dems act as though the death of this asinine, disastrous bill was akin to the Crucifixion—and getting AWAY with it! And re the 2020 election, when Walz mentioned the 62 2020 election challenges, why didn’t he say that none of those cases ever got to the evidentiary stage?
After all, this was a debate between two white men. He didn’t have to tiptoe around his opponent’s sex or race. At least not vis à vis Squishy Tim, although now we’re hearing that he somehow “bullied” or “mansplained” to the moderator when she broke the debate’s own well-publicized rule about fact checking.
Oh the “audacity”!
Funny how the Dems liked “audacity” well enuf when B. Hussein used it in the title of his book.
But on the whole, everybody seems to agree that Vance won. And he did do much better at actually answering the questions than Trump did, and better than Harris or Walz. He looks great, sounded…empathetic. I have no doubt he could be president.
I actually think if Trump can miraculously manage to get elected, we could get 12 years outta this!

I can’t bring myself to watch kabuki theatrics.
The analytic key to what might be called Phenomenon Vance is my already below-stated opinion.
With that analytic key, the July 13 attempt on Trump’s life followed, two days later, with Phenomenon Vance is Trump’s insurance against being assassinated because of the threat Vance represents. Yes it is that.
But…
What kind of threat does Vance represent?
Most people would say something like it is Vance’s combination of policy and “presence” made apparent during his debate with that thinglet offered by That Unspeakable Thing In DC.
The serious analyst takes mass evolutionary psychology seriously.
Imagine the so-called “Trump Base” in an alternate reality where the analytic key I offered was enforced ever since The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965. You have to understand the mass evolutionary psychology of that Act was to pit elite white men against the foundation of their civilization in the Scotch Irish men whose flesh blood and bone stands between chaos and civilization by importing masses of MEN to take the place of Scotch Irish men.
