Actually, Albert Speer’s plans for Germania were pretty friggn’ awesome. Just because his boss was a massive jerk doesn’t mean the architecture was bad. On the other hand, the “art” at the Kennedy Center is garbage even though some of it is also German.
I’ve saved the best for last: the stick figure that was recently removed, to the consternation of the author of the article you quoted.
The whole Trump=Hitler thing has gotten so tiresome.

OK, The reason(s) I think he is “sick” is sort of a demonstration of his self worth and wanting history to look upon him as a savior that needed to have buildings and arches constructed on his watch. Is that because of the war he started allied with Israel, against the regime in Iran?
I will not say I am against that war, but it seems to fall under piss poor planning. They still have rockets and are still using them. The inhabitants of that country are too afraid of the revolutionary guard to rise up. If that could have been fixed in advance, the whole outcome would have been done by now.
I am in favor of stopping the revolutionary guard’s control of the population and stopping their control of the strait also of their part in terrorist operations, that had to be done, but let’s finish the damn job.
Mexico ticked me off, so lets change the name to gulf of America. Just the same for Lake Ontario, so stick it Canada, it’s now lake America.

Yes he deserves some credit, still in my humble opinion, sometimes his actions and words seem to come from a person with some psychiatric problems.

As an aside, negative migration? Go to any store around here and see an equal number of people speaking in foreign tongues as there are people speaking English. Duh? It seems like Scranton is a sanctuary city. It wasn’t that way10-15 years ago…

Gerard – if I may be so bold, you should pay attention to the wise things you write.
You rightly say that a lot of credit for the good things that have happened on President Trump’s watch belongs to his minions – but who appointed those minions? Who directed & empowered them to do those good things? Classic theory is that one of the key roles of a chief executive is to select the right people and point them in the right direction. On that score, President Trump is doing a great job, as shown by the achievements of his subordinates.
Yes, the US is falling into the European trap of having an excessive pace of immigration, much of it illegal – resulting in the situation you observe in Scranton. All of that illegal immigration was against laws passed by Congress – yet Congress took no steps to enforce the laws they had passed. Under Biden’s autopen, US taxpayers through corrupt entities like USAID paid for literally millions of illegal aliens to come to the US. At least that has stopped thanks to the actions of the current Administration – and no thanks at all to our worthless CongressCritters. Yes, we still have a big problem thanks to the illegal aliens who are here … but at least the problem is no longer getting worse. President Trump does deserve our thanks for that.
