Is the Teachers Union going to use the time-honored 3/5 rule on counting votes?

And to whom is the Union going to apply the discrimination? The important “minority” in Canada is the French-speaking Quebecois. Foolish Union using a Yes/No example instead of Oui/Non.

This is an Ontario union. They apparently don’t consider francophone Canadians as “racialised”.
