Yes. This is where to aim. As they left can find laws broken (see Three Felonies a Day by Harvey Silverglate), so can the Trump administration. Remember that for every lefty judge’s order stopping Trump’s EOs, there are very well-financed plaintiffs and lawyers poised to go to court. This requires lots of planning, organization and MONEY. ). They have—successfully!—memory-holed the many ludicrous cases brought against Trump. To my absolute amazement, you even read on the sites I frequent that “two wrongs don’t make a right”, meaning: turnabout is NOT fair play, It seems hopeless. But I will keep a good thought!

Well,that’s just what we CAN’T do—hit back. Dems be like a guy who punches you in the nose, then steps back and say ,”Violence must stop! On BOTH sides! “. Then if there is no retaliation he kicks you in the stomach! And AGAIN spouts the mantra that both of you have been fomenting violence, and it must stop! Somehow they get away with it.
Just once id like to see them produce a quotation, any quotation, from Trump which advocates person on person violence. Yesterday both Pritzker and Warren said, lo, all violence issueth forth from the Executive. WTF are they talking about? And why doesn’t anybody ever ask them?

The “anybody” is the MSM - even though nobody listens to them. They’re on their side. That’s why they’re never asked. Doesn’t any of the new media - either objective or on our side - know how to ask the right questions and keep asking them?

One of many tragic things about the Kirk murder — and about the murder of that poor Ukrainian young woman on the train: the “Authorities” have the perpetrators in custody already … and yet we all know what will happen (or not happen) next.
The days are long gone when there could be a quick trial, have the perpetrator found guilty by a jury of his peers, and be publicly executed within a few weeks of his crime.
Instead, lawyers will run up immense numbers of billable hours; judges will issue incomprehensible long rulings; appeals will be lodged; years will go by. By the time – many years in the future – when the perpetrators are sentenced to “time served” and released, no-one will remember the human beings who were brutally murdered in cold blood.
And, most importantly, the opportunity for a civil lesson to other would-be perpetrators of unjustifiable violence will have been lost.
The Political Class and the legal profession should hang their heads in shame – they have destroyed Western civilization.

If you spend half a century morally terrorizing people into believing that self-defense is the equivalent of committing genocide against God’s Chosen People, this is your “moral” zeitgeist.
It all boils down to identifying those who don the robes of moral authority, taking the place of the pulpits with their prosceniums and podiums, and then take the money and run from the civilization they’ve just wrecked to destroy the next civilization.*
* And, where applicable, identify those who have run gain-of-function on this virulent strain to take down a civilization, as I have conjectured (starting 20 years ago) may have been done to Jews by Maoist Intelligence in revenge for “A Hundred Years Of Humiliation” starting with the Opium Wars. But then there is the ultimate evil “Out Of Africa” in the form of the The Genetic Omnidominance Hypothesis that I’ve conjectured may be the primary “Great Filter” that destroys technological civilizations before they can get off their hydrothermal planets. This takes no conscious conspiracy – it merely takes technological civilization developing sufficient environmental and transport technologies to mix things up to the point that the whole thing digests itself and turns into a more realistic “gray-goo” scenario than nanotech.
