I believe Taleb’s title was the intolerant minority (a reference to Islam):

And we all understand the reason for this. As of 2020, >10% of the population of France was Muslim. Another 50% are irreligious. As Taleb explained, an intolerant minority will always prevail. Islam is the one-way street of religions.
