We are never without AOC Gruyeres cheese in the fridge - either Emmi or Alpenhaus if bought in the US; Migros rezent or Kaltbach if smuggled in checked luggage from Zurich. Surprisingly, Emmental has become quite hard to find, at least in Pittsburgh.
