Replacing actors’ dialogue in film and video production with another language for international markets is commonly called “dubbing”, but within the industry it is called “revoicing”.

My Swiss son, who makes short ad hoc, quick turn around commercial videos on demand in several languages, tells me there is now in beta, a software package which not only translates speech, but adjusts mouth and lip movements to match!
