Wow. ?And we needed experiments to show what any moron who cooked burgers knew long ago. ?’Member when you went to a “greasy spoon” and had a cheeseburger. BEST CHEESEBURGER EVER! And you called it a greasy spoon because they used a lot of fat.

My wife made me burgers for lunch. 20% fat beef combined with melted garlic butter. Very good!
