Sounds very sensible to me.
All talk, all lies, total BS
Would you expect anything different from our politicians? ![]()
There are degrees. Not everything is morally equivalent.
He does sound reasonable in a campaign video as one would expect, but if the posts people attribute to him are real it is all BS and he is a communist.
I don’t have much respect for most politicians. Most have to technically lie (intent to deceive) in order to get elected. But few in either party represent themselves completely opposite of what they believe.
When Zohran says he wants to freeze rent and make public transit ‘free’, I believe him.
He probably won’t succeed but not for lack of trying.
Caltech does not make the top 100 in undergrad entrepreneurship ranking and is in the 50s in grad:

2025 - 2019 = 6 years. Six Years! And, of course, the case is not over yet.
How can this be called “justice”? The US legal system is totally dysfunctional.
This is a pet peeve of mine. The headline of this Post article is Fourth white DOE executive sues over racial discrimination. DOE is the US Department of Energy, which predates the establishment of Department of Education btw. The official abbreviation is ED, though DoEd is also common. Chalk this headline up to the crisis of competence.
Another “phobia”?
The FBI’s ocean of goodwill and trust has been drained. If they ever come to talk to you, nowadays, you respond at your peril. If you ever watch older movies, for example, they are inevitably portrayed as the good guys; no longer. I can think of no other entity treated so well in media and Hollywood.
This is scary: "In 2022, Gen. C.Q. Brown (later promoted to chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff) issued a memorandum that set numerical quotas for everyone from white males to Pacific Islander females among commissioned officer applicants to the Air Force. Racial discrimination…

COMPLAINT
“The way to stop discrimination on the basis of race is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.” Parents Involved in Cmty. Schs. v. Seattle Sch. Dist. No. 1, 551 U.S. 701, 748 (2007). This logic extends to invidious discrimination on the basis of sex. Yet in the name of stopping race and sex discrimination, Minnesota law requires the state to discriminate against its current and prospective employees on the basis of race and sex. But this is not just an ineffective plan to stop discrimination. It is an unlawful plan. To break this discrimination chain once and for all, the United States of America brings this action against the State of Minnesota under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and alleges:
This poor chap put his trust in Big Corporate. Some folks think working for a large corporation provides more job security but those days are long gone, if they ever existed. The financialization of everything means that these entities will do any and everything to minimize costs in the short term. Employee loyalty counts for nothing because it doesn’t show up in the next quarterly earnings report.
