Recent work using a technology separate from previously-used Inmarsat data, may fill in the significant distance gaps in that data. Here is a report on a possible location of the wreckage, obtained by WSPR signals. I had never heard of this tech, but perhaps some of Scanalyst engineers are knowledgeable.
