Seriously, the advancement of robotics is - like many posts we see here - awe-inspiring. If only our social progress might match out technological advances.

I refuse to be impressed by robots until they can weed a garden. 
The farm bot looks cool, but my guess is that system would last one year in weather. Although skeptical, I am thinking about buying one.
The Terrill is more what I want. A robot that runs around weeding. I doubt this guy is ready for prime time. The farm bot doesn’t do a sizable garden, but I can envision something like this doing the freedom garden of the future.
