SpaceX Korea 425 Project Flight 1 Launch

SpaceX plans to launch South Korea’s 425 Project satellite, the first in a series of five planned synthetic aperture radar reconnaissance satellites, from Space Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg Space Force Base on 2023-12-01 at 18:19 UTC. The mission will also launch 24 other payloads for a variety of customers into a low Earth orbit between 600 and 700 km. Falcon 9 first stage booster B1061 will be making its seventeenth flight after a turnaround of 41 days since its last flight, with landing near the launch site an Vandenberg.

The 425 Project constellation will provide all-weather, day and night imagery with the ability to monitor any point within its orbital band 10 times a day, with revisit times between two and three hours.
