SpaceX Starlink Group 4-6, ION SCV009 Launch

SpaceX plans to launch 49 Starlink satellites into Shell 2, with an eventual 570 km circular service orbit at 70° inclination, on 2023-01-31 at 16:15 UTC. The launch will also carry the D-Orbit ION Satellite Carrier SVC009 orbital transfer vehicle as a ride-share payload, hosting a number of sub-payloads. The launch will be from Space Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The first stage booster, B1071, will be making its seventh flight. The first stage booster is planned to land on the drone ship Of Course I Still Love You .
