SpaceX plans to launch 22 Starlink satellites into Generation 2 Group 7 on 2024-01-14 at 08:59 UTC. The launch will be from Space Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The first stage booster, B1061, will be making its eighteenth flight, after a turnaround time of 44 days since its last mission.

Unlike the previous Starlink 7-9 launch from Vandenberg on 2024-01-03, none of the satellites in this launch are equipped for direct to mobile phone communications; they are all the regular v2 Mini configuration and will operate in a 530 km circular orbit at 53° inclination.
