Tesla “Full Self Driving”—Correcting Its Own Goofs

Here is an hour’s drive (sped up to 26 minutes by fast-forwarding through routine parts) in suburban San Mateo, California, where the self-driving car was confronted by a variety of ambiguous and confusing situations and, in many cases, corrected its initial errors much as a human would do.

It still cannot back up, however, so when it gets stuck on a U-turn (which it does not claim to handle), the human driver must rescue it.
