Vice President Kamala Harris was interviewed by Keke Palmer in New Orleans, Louisiana over the weekend as part of Essence Festival, but the bright lights and official backdrop behind the two women couldn’t distract from one problem: Louisiana was misspelled on the official signage.

But democracy is the system that grants the same Gen Zers the right to vote and determine our legislators. And the ignorance of the masses is widespread, not limited to Gen Z.

the Bonhomme Richard fire response “certainly had issues. … There was a lack of clarity in [administrative control] and [operational control] responsibilities.”

There is a fire on a ship. Whose responsibility is it to deal with the situation?

I am reminded of a story Ross Perot told after he had sold his EDS company to General Motors and (briefly) beome a GM Director. In EDS, if someone found a snake, he killed it and carried on with business. In GM, if someone found a snake, he set up a committee to decide on a course of action.

Joey had the so-called protester in a headlock so quickly that he did not have time to drop the hot dogs he had in his hand.

And he did all this while being already injured, with his right foot in a cast below the knee.

The protester interaction was about 6s long… given Joey won with 64 hotdogs in 10 minutes, it’s fair to say this incident cost him one hotdog
