Reagan Airport … “first amendment rights” … to block public highways.
WAIT! ?Isn’t there a part about “peacefully demonstrating to one’s government”. ?What has an airport to do with politics.

New phrase of the day!
You can only file a brief if you don’t care, and then why would you bother. Well, maybe if you’re the kind of person who uses is-odd to determine is-even
“amicus curiae briefs in support or in support of neither party”
Yale: “Hold my fair trade organic craft brew!”
Crenshaw writes:
This is one of the more aggressive videos I’ve ever had to post. You really need to see it all the way to the end. You’ll see a United agent grab the dog and personal property, and you’ll hear the shocking recording of my conversation with that agent’s supervisor (the VP of Operations) here in Houston. I fully expect United Airlines will attempt to retaliate against me. They’ve already sent me multiple veiled threats regarding my ability to travel in the future. Because they have a monopoly on the routes I need to DC, I don’t have much choice but to fly them.
I honestly did not want to post this. I tried to resolve this privately. I know there are good people at United. But these two individuals need to be called out. And their terrible corporate leadership needs to answer a simple question: do you condone this behavior?
Instead of doing anything to accept responsibility for their bad behavior or try to correct what is clearly inappropriate and problematic behavior, United, through its representative and lawyers, have threatened me personally and taken an irrationally hostile approach to this incident.
Many of you have shared your stories of being mistreated by an airline agent on a power trip. It’s time to start considering legislation that protects passengers. These airlines took tens of billions of dollars from taxpayers. United took $10.9 B and owes us better than this.
Details forthcoming. This isn’t ending anytime soon.
Looks like United’s DEI initiatives in hiring are paying off!
Crenshaw should install a camera in his eyepatch. And a low power laser with which he can temporarily blind an opponent to even the odds.
Similar to my comment on X: This is Dan’s legislative priority? A business that isn’t backstopped by the gov doesn’t need legislative action to treat customers nice. Every time a Representative gets irritated, a new law gets its wings.
Dan doesn’t say how he got a meeting with a United VP. He says that the VP knew who he was. I suspect Dan used his position as a representative of the people to get a meeting that had nothing to do with representing the people. I also suspect he used his taxpayer paid staff to file the FOIA request to get the video.
United is a garbage company and only exists because they have been bailed out by the government. They took the 10.9 billion. Dan voted for the government to give them 10.9 billion and then wonders why they don’t have to treat their customers with respect in order to stay in business. Which is the bigger fool?
Dan doesn’t wonder why an industry he voted to give billions treats their customer like they are cattle. His first thought is to add more laws which he thinks will force them to treat people with respect. It won’t. This is how libtards think. Under the free market, United would already be out of business. The assets would go to people that would still be transporting people wherever it is they wished to go without the rude, incompetent diversity hires.
I wonder if Dan has had to interact with any government agency as a citizen? Rude, idiotic behavior is the norm. Maybe we should have a law.

A dispute over an electric vehicle charging station led to shots being fired in East Hartford on Saturday, according to police.
10 years ago, somewhere in Europe:
Philadelphia:
A SEPTA bus slid down a hill and ran into a fire hydrant Monday night as road conditions worsened during the snow storm.
Oak Brook, Illinois, has been beset with an increase in retail theft and burglaries recently at the hands of bands of illegal immigrants.
In-N-Out Burger’s only location in Oakland is closing after the cherished fast-food joint decided it could no longer risk the safety of fed-up workers and patrons in the city plagued by recent crim…
I found a video of peak entitlement:
The YT account has a number of pieces that have been staged, so it shouldn’t be taken at face value.
Do you suppose they objected to the 8 simultaneous undisclosed recordings from the UK’s “state security” CCTV cameras?
“So basically, this guy is in a huge public train station - St. Pancras in London to be exact - just playing the piano as a free British man in Britain. Then, these snooty commies come over, make a big scene, demand he stop filming, yell at him, and call the police.”
The article is incoherent. Was the Brit (a) playing the piano, or (b) filming people instead of playing the piano, or (c) playing the piano with one hand and filming the punters watching him with the camera in his other hand?
Were the Chinese tourists objecting to the Brit’s filming or to his piano playing?
Anyway, the story is obvious nonsense. Everyone knows that the Metropolitan Police spend all their time on-line looking for white supremacists and never respond to public calls for assistance (unless an innocent Brazilian electrician is in the frame, in which case they shoot to kill).
I missed this story last year:
Nammo, one of Europe's largest ammunition manufacturers, said it can't expand because the electricity in central Norway is already being used by a data center.
