I am still not quite clear where the line is drawn between fair use of copyrighted materials (movies and audio recordings) and theft, when applied to ML training. Anyone can point to a good and concise discussion of this?

With voice and image, we are dealing with trademark rights and right of publicity. These can have infinite term.
