It’s called “Semper Supra” (Always Above), which is the motto of the service.
I think Tom Lehrer did it better with his composition for the Army, “It Makes a Fellow Proud to Be a Soldier”.

To be fair, it is from a USAF derived organization, they start out severely handicapped in these matters. There is no cringe like USAF cringe.
