United Launch Alliance Vulcan Centaur Cert-2 Launch

After a delay, United Launch Alliance (ULA) plan to launch their first Vulcan Centaur rocket from Space Launch Complex 41 at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida at 11:25 UTC on 2024-10-04. This will be the Vulcan VC2S configuration with two solid rocket boosters and the standard (15.5 metre) payload fairing. The Centaur upper stage is the Centaur V configuration with two RL-10C liquid oxygen/hydrogen engines.

A mass simulator is being used instead of a real payload.
