I mean I fully agree with dealing with infiltrators as such. Indeed I do not see any reason they should be protected by the Geneva conventions as would invasive troops.
You only need to look around rural Iowa to know that the infiltrators are being activated under a command and control hierarchy.
But even Miller is calling this an invasion as opposed to an infiltration.

Wow, it’s even worse than I thought. Quite frankly, I’m more concerned about the enemy within than with the riots in LA (assuming they’re not being coordinated / supported / funded by the government, that is…at this point, a big assumption).

Had the libertarians not been targeted by McDonnell Douglas for corruption there’s a pretty good chance that not only would the launch services industry have been set ahead by at least a decade here in the US, but since I was an executive with the company that the libertarian corruption put out of business and I already had the equivalent of convolutional neural networks in GPU hardware demonstrated but not capitalized as of 1990…
