The following is a clip from the Ukrainian television comedy series, Servant of the People, in which Volodymyr Zelenskyy starred as an outsider elected president of Ukraine before, in April 2019, becoming an outsider elected president of Ukraine.
This clip is from episode 15 of season 1, in which the president becomes fully aware of the depth of corruption in the country after he tries to get the infrastructure minister to repair a road.
The complete series is now available on Netflix in some territories. This episode is also posted on YouTube, but all of the versions I have found have only Russian subtitles (even though most other episodes in the same playlist have English subtitles).
