Apollo Spacecraft S Band Communication System, Part 7

In previous parts ( 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6) the Apollo spacecraft communication system was analysed, powered up, and used to establish a bidirectional radio link with test gear simulating a ground station. So far, this did not decode the phase-modulated signal it used to transmit information. A vintage NASA ground test receiver may allow testing this, but the hardware arrived with no schematics or operating instructions. Can it be puzzled out and put into service?
