Who knows? It can be interesting comparing it to other countries at higher latitudes: Scotland, England, Norway, Sweden, Finland, etc.

I don’t think he/she emphasized enough the role of what has been called “The Canadian Establishment” [1]. Newman has later claimed these titans have fallen [2], but their replacements, whoever they may be, appear to be cut from similar cloth .
