This must be another example of 5D chess:
An unsigned memo? Presumably generated by an anonymous Far Left implant in FedGov? Let’s wait & see.
I think the right has just as much incentive to *not* publish the list as the left does—maybe even more so.
I consider the Epstein client list a litmus test on the administration. They are not the cause of the institutional rot, but they own it now. I don’t expect them to fix the problem, but the Epstein client list isn’t about completely fixing the institution. It is a test on whether the administration has integrity or simply functions the same as previous administrations.
There are no excuses. There is no way that you can have up to one thousand victims while not having any Johns or accomplices. I call it immaculate prostitution.
I think the truth is fairly obvious. It was obviously a honeypot operation. If the US intelligence did it, the Trump administration would not hold back unless Trump is on the list. If Trump isn’t on the list, it is most likely an intelligence operation from a close ally. Support for that ally would completely disintegrate in the US.
The lying is just too obvious. Bondi said that she had the client list on her desk. She said there are thousands (I believe she said 10s of thousands of videos). Now they are saying that there isn’t any evidence that would allow anyone to be prosecuted and there is no evidence of blackmail.
Pull this leg and it plays jingle bells.
They should have tried the age old ongoing investigation trick. At least Biden’s administration had better skills at being deceptive.
I wholeheartedly agree with everything you said.
I think there is something really, really dark going on here. The entire sequence of Epstein-related events during Trump’s second term so far—starting with the nothingburger that was the “First Phase” of declassified Epstein files, and now this mockery of the public’s intelligence—feels like a grotesque combination of humiliation ritual, display of dominance, and revelation of the method.
Ha! That made me laugh!
Yeah, exactly. We’re being toyed with.
Epstein and Maxwell were Mossad agents?
Her family via her father has ties to Israel.
Plus ça change…
The important part of this event is – Where did the “unsigned memo” come from? It was leaked, they say. But leaked to whom, and why?
Lots of anger in the media directed at Pam Bondi, but no information from what I have seen about where the “unsigned memo” came from. Sure, it showed up on X – but that does not make it real. And we all know how easy it is these days to fabricate anything.
Let’s wait and see.
Maybe – although it would be a bold man who would claim that FedGov is stuffed with Rightists leaking to the media.
Still, we have to start with the basics – since we do not know who is the anonymous person who created and leaked the “anonymous memo”, we do not even know if she works in FedGov.
And what was the motivation for the leak? We could postulate that a Far Leftie did this to embarrass the Trump Administration. We could equally postulate that a Far Rightie did this in order to light a fire under the Trump Administration and make them release the full Epstein files.
We shall wait and see – while Mrs. Maxwell languishes in jail, imprisoned for what the “anonymous memo” claims was nothing.
I thought the memo was up on a government website.
If it was leaked, the response from the administration is nothing like the response to the Iran bombing assessment leak.
It isn’t going to go away for a good portion of Trump voters. You simply cannot say that you will drain the swamp and do nothing on one of the biggest issues with the swamp.
Regardless. The memo is not crucial. Just as Epstein did or didn’t kill himself isn’t crucial. I cannot say for sure beyond a doubt that Epstein didn’t kill himself, but I can say without a doubt that there were people guilty of crimes.
I wouldn’t call a crime of having sex with an underaged girl pornography. Pornography has the purpose to sexually excite individuals. This isn’t what was happening. If there are videos of a rape it is called evidence. Evidence, no matter how disgusting, is shown to a jury.
Were the children alone?
The three stooges are really pissing me off with this nonsense.
I have looked for the memo. Apparently, it is not on a FedGov website, and I could not find it on Axios website either – reports about it, but not the actual “leaked” document itself. Of course, maybe that is a reflection of my poor search skills.
Overall, very strange! Definitely a case of wheels within wheels going on.
Are you still taking about Jeffery Epstein?
I’m glad to know Ben is satisfied—I don’t know how anybody can take this guy seriously:
Remember this? LOL!
For the sake of argument, let’s say there was no physical list—no “little black book” of names. Even so, a de facto list exists: those who visited Epstein Island are largely known—or at the very least, knowable—to law enforcement, and almost certainly to the various intelligence agencies.
I guess it’s official now—it’s posted on the DOJ website:
Thanks for finding that, BP. It is a very strange document – not at all like a usual bureaucratic product from FedGov.
Apparently, Epstein was a busy boy: “Consistent with prior disclosures, this review confirmed that Epstein harmed over one thousand victims.” But apparently he did this all by himself – no other person was involved, or was worth charging with a crime; no “co-conspirators”, as mentioned in Pam Bondi’s Feb 27 press release. 1,000 victims who are not going to get any justice from FedGov? It is not really credible, is it?
Out of interest, I did a search on www.justice.gov for news releases including the word Epstein. It did not produce the document you linked to. Indeed, it listed only one item since Jan 20 – an announcement by Pam Bondi on the release of the first phase of Epstein-related documents. Just note the style of this typical Office of Public Affairs document – so different from the current document.

For Immediate Release
Office of Public Affairs
Today, Attorney General Pamela Bondi, in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), declassified and publicly released files related to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and his sexual exploitation of over 250 underage girls at his homes in New York and Florida, among other locations. The first phase of declassified files largely contains documents that have been previously leaked but never released in a formal capacity by the U.S. Government.
“This Department of Justice is following through on President Trump’s commitment to transparency and lifting the veil on the disgusting actions of Jeffrey Epstein and his co-conspirators,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “The first phase of files released today sheds light on Epstein’s extensive network and begins to provide the public with long overdue accountability.”
“The FBI is entering a new era—one that will be defined by integrity, accountability, and the unwavering pursuit of justice,” said FBI Director Kash Patel. “There will be no cover-ups, no missing documents, and no stone left unturned — and anyone from the prior or current Bureau who undermines this will be swiftly pursued. If there are gaps, we will find them. If records have been hidden, we will uncover them. And we will bring everything we find to the DOJ to be fully assessed and transparently disseminated to the American people as it should be. The oath we take is to the Constitution, and under my leadership, that promise will be upheld without compromise.”
Attorney General Bondi requested the full and complete files related to Jeffrey Epstein. In response, the Department received approximately 200 pages of documents, however, the Attorney General was later informed of thousands of pages of documents related to the investigation and indictment of Epstein that were not previously disclosed. The Attorney General has requested the FBI deliver the remaining documents to the Department by 8:00 AM on February 28 and has tasked FBI Director Kash Patel with investigating why the request for all documents was not followed.
The Department remains committed to transparency and intends to release the remaining documents upon review and redaction to protect the identities of Epstein’s victims.
A copy of Attorney General Bondi’s letter can be downloaded here.

And further, if one downloads the pdf file from the justice.gov site, one finds the following information:
So it was created on Saturday 5th July close to midday during a Federal national holiday. Those FBI/DOJ guys really are hard workers! No time off for them!
And then it was modified (in some unexplained way) on Monday 7th mid-afternoon – which is probably close to the time that someone leaked it to Leftist site Axios.
Curioser and curioser.
Yeah, I did a similar search on www.justice.gov and couldn’t find anything either—it’s clearly not indexed there. I found the PDF by typing “Epstein Memo” into Google—it was the first hit. Quite frankly, I was surprised that it linked to www.justice.gov—I was expecting to find it on a blog or news site (e.g. Axios).
Well, to be fair, the memo did say “We did not uncover evidence that could predicate an investigation against uncharged third parties,” so I guess that means Jeff AND Ghislaine. But still, as you say, it’s not credible—over 1000 victims is abuse on an industrial scale—they have to have had help.
Indeed. I mean, the memo must be real because Pam Bondi basically confirmed it (at least she didn’t say the memo was fake when the reporter mentioned it) at the cabinet meeting news conference I linked to in my previous comment.
BTW: I think Trump’s comments at the cabinet meeting when he interrupted Pam Bondi were absolutely despicable. Yes, of course, what happened in Texas was a horrific tragedy, but so are 1000 victims of sexual abuse (I wonder how many of them commited suicide). Can we not walk and chew bubble gum at the same time? I guess not.
This just might go down in history as the moment the Trump administration officially jumped the shark.
The victim count seems unusually high. With so many victims, I would have expected hundreds to have come forward and accused various public figure clients of Epstein.
The logistics are also tough. Given interruptions let’s assume he was active for about 12 years. He would be recruiting over 80 girls per year.
Perhaps you get there by counting any girl who walked into a party he was holding at some club in Miami.
Yeah, it does. I’m just quoting what the DOJ memo said, “over one thousand victims”. I’ve always thought it was on the order of 200 victims—a distinction without much of a difference IMO.
