SpaceX plans to launch 22 Starlink satellites into Generation 2 Group 7 on 2023-11-20 at 06:33 UTC with backup launch opportunities available until 10:30 UTC (How do they do this?). The launch will be from Space Launch Complex 4 East at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California. The first stage booster, B1063, will be making its fifteenth flight, after a turnaround time of 41 days since its last mission.
