Reading between the lines, that’s essentially exactly 2:1.
But crime statistics suggest a much higher ratio than 2:1.
Although a 7:1 incarceration rate ratio is not an exact proxy for criminal records, and there may be a sample bias regarding whether one race’s criminals are more likely to apply for jobs, this suggests that white criminals are being disproportionately denied jobs, not the other way around.

What is interesting at all is that all this is being shown on an arguably Main Stream Media outlet. Fox News has not been the advocate for conservative thinking it once was; it has apparently abrogated its stance to the political leanings of the two sons who now run the network. The result is that it has lost views in significant numbers. Yet it is showing this clip. Not “kool”, at least as far as out “elite ‘betters’” are concerned.

Mitchell was arrested while the Senate is on its Passover break. Her arrest comes at an awkward time for Senate Democrats, who hold just a one-seat majority with four weeks left in the legislative session. Her absence would make it difficult to pass any legislation that lacks bipartisan support.
