How can his status be unknown?
I thought Customs had all the info on these people.
In other good news 70 crooks from New York Housing Authority also got arrested.

Is there really no doubt? Not being argumentative here – simply noting that the internet has more photographs & videos of Ukrainian cemeteries than anyone has time to watch. Photographs & videos of Gazan cemeteries – not so much.
If the Ukraine has taught us anything, it is that information coming from one party to a conflict is likely to be highly distorted. The Ukrainian authorities don’t release numbers on casualties, but imply that their losses have been small. Russian authorities barely acknowledge sunk ships or downed aircraft.
Maybe the leaders of Hamas, relaxing in their luxurious residences in Qatar far from the conflict they unleashed, are the only honest political leaders in the world, and their statements about civilian deaths are utterly reliable. But I would not be prepared to bet on it.
Classical liberal societies are hackable because they tend to set higher and higher values on human life and safety over time.
The credit for this quote goes to Devon Eriksen. He was discussing how people can use liberal society’s values against the society. Specifically, he was talking about a variety of behaviors that cannot be stopped because the penalty for stopping these behaviors is greater than the penalty for performing them. One example he used is when people block traffic. Anything you do to make them stop is a worse crime than blocking traffic for thousands of people.
His point applies to war. Wars are only really won when the opponent is brought to submission. It is the reason the US has not won a war since WW2. Many millions of innocent people had to die for Germany and Japan to completely lose their will to fight.
At my college, various people from the Middle East defended terrorism. It was perfectly ok to blow up innocent people because these guys were the victims. That was forty years ago and the terror used by Muslims was happening for many years before. All defended and supported by supposedly innocent people that didn’t actually plant the bomb themselves.
I am beyond tired of my decency as a human being used against me. Therefore, I don’t really expect some ok amount of innocent people being killed in a war. Brutality is a requirement of submission.
The truth is really simple. It is something the US gov is going to learn just as the Romans had to learn. No government can stand without the support of the people. The plebs just left Rome and the Roman government had to submit. If you have an evil organization or government, it cannot exist without your support.
Children are the responsibility of the parents. If you risk your child by supporting an evil organization, that is on you. Just as the children of people that support the tyranny of the US government are responsible for what they may suffer when Joe sends the F16s.
Finally, your point that since children have been killed what difference does it make that the photo was staged. US citizens should demand that the media not use propaganda tactics. The media is given special protection and in return they should be held to the absolute highest standard. This is why they are properly referred to as the enemy of the people. They constantly use propaganda techniques that would make Goebbels proud. This is just one example.
Not a shock that Biden gets away with it:
See P. 6:
We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory. Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him-by then a former president well into his eighties-of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.
Incredible
Ahh. We have moved from a “no reasonable prosecutor” (Comey) to a “no reasonable juror” standard for not prosecuting a democrat (sic) who has clearly committed a felony. How convenient.
I expect Trump will try to use it in an equal protection/selective prosecution claim.
Hormesis?
California is doing just great.
I can’t express how glad I am to have escaped with my winnings.
Have they stopped chasing you for taxes? Apparently, they’re notorious for doing so - going after former taxpayers who have left their utopia. John told us of his battle of multi-years duration, which he eventually won. They could teach organized criminals a few lessons about extortion.
I recall John’s saga and i may have spoken too soon. We still have property in California that’s to be sold this year. So we shall see; it won’t be entirely clear until 2025.
