If it’s in the NYT, it must be true.
“All the news that fits, we print.”
That’s their motto, right? ![]()
Or is it “only ‘news’ that fits our narrative”?
See, the joke is that their actual motto is “All the news that’s fit to print.”
Indeed. The LOL - ness of the actual motto has increased on about the same curve as the national debt.
California is going from a slow, steady decline to freefall.

A 🧵 on what went wrong: bad record keeping, pension fraud, and lots of money.
Typical of liberal thought. Psychiatrists have long and correctly called it “magic thinking”. Rather like saying “Make it so Mr. Sulu (I don’t think he was Jewish) and expecting perfect landings absent the requisite equipment. (Or “AntiFa” using blatant fascist tactics to oppose fascism). Which brings us to the greatest liberal psychopathology: PROJECTION! Liberals are about the business of doing - 24/7/365 - in your face, ardently and forcefully, precisely what they accuse the rest of the world of doing or even just thinking about maybe doing. Amazingly, none of those brilliant creatures called “investigative journalists” ever seems to notice. I can’t imagine why that is.
No prob. There’s never fog in Ireland.
