From CNBC:

“To be sure, legal experts could not point to any state laws that may have been broken by the PAC.”

“Every citizen should know exactly how their personal information is being used by PACs, especially if an entity is claiming it will help people register to vote in Michigan or any other state,” a spokeswoman for the Michigan secretary of state’s office said in a statement to CNBC.

“While the America PAC is a federal political action committee, the Department is reviewing their activities to determine if there have been any violations of state law. We will refer potential violations to the Michigan Attorney General’s office as appropriate,” the spokeswoman added.

Attorney General Jocelyn Benson

The Republican National Committee has sued Benson and other Michigan Democrats at least twice this year, according to legal record

It’s unclear if any laws in Michigan have been broken by the America PAC.

Barbara McQuade, who once served as a U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan, was not convinced that the the PAC was necessarily breaking any state laws. “I am not aware of any laws being broken,” McQuade said in an email on Sunday.

Notice that no investigations were done about ANY of the various (and nefarious) bands that ran ballot harvesting, etc. Obviously. They were all Democrats. Democrats don’t get investigated. Instead judges tell those complaining that “they have no standing”.

A perfect example of no crime has been committed that we know about, but we are investigating to look for a crime.

So, we’ve scratched Canada and the US and now the UK and France off the list of where Musk should have gone:

He emigrated to Canada around 1989, so Russia would not have been a good choice.

He probably could not have afforded Singapore at that time.

Samo Burja has wise thoughts on immigration:

You have to have immigration to reach a place where you’re not importing people to replace the people who were never born but you are importing people to assist the growth of an overheating economy.

Now that Pavel Durov has been arrested by the French government, it’s clearer than ever that the Euros, the US, and the UK are unsafe at any speed. Unfortunately, Durov made a poor judgement on the safety being on French soil (roughly midway through the interview posted below).

This interview, from April of this year, covers many interesting topics. Among those are why Durov chose Dubai, which other places he tried, how few employees work at Telegram (~30), and his thoughts about the future of free speech. This guy is not trivial.

So long as we live in globalized quasi theocracy worshiping at the altar of anarcho tyranny any pretense of law merely delays and amplifies the ultimate violence that will obtain with a rhyme with a 30 years war for freedom of religion. The election of Trump merely delays this reckoning with the attendant amplification.

I’m on Telegram (@Carl_F_Gauss) but I only follow channels or chat in private groups. It’s a great app, the features of which I’ve barely explored. Perhaps a Scanalyst Telegram group would be useful.
